What's the Job?
- Maintain and repair hardware and software components including servers, workstations, network devices, and airport-specific equipment.
- Ensure the proper functioning of Flight Information Display Systems (FIDS), gate displays, and passenger-facing technology.
- Deploy new technologies and upgrades with minimal disruption to airport operations.
- Respond rapidly to technical incidents impacting airport services, providing effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, maintenance logs, and incident reports.
- Proven IT field support experience, preferably within airport or transportation environments.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues.
- Familiarity with airport systems such as FIDS, BHS, and airline coordination platforms.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with fluency in English (C1 level).
