- Provide sourcing insights, competitive landscape analysis, and talent availability data to recruiters and hiring managers.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications, motivation, and fit before moving them forward in the process.
- Manage high volume candidate calls (50–100 per day) while maintaining a positive, professional candidate experience.
- Document sourcing plans, track deliverables, timelines, and metrics to support pipeline health for technical and data center roles.
- Minimum 6 months-1 year of experience in high volume recruiting and/or sourcing in an agency or corporate environment
- MUST have Bachelors degree
- KNowledge of recruitment processes for cleared/security clearance candidates.
