Job Title: Creative Project Manager

What's the Job?
- Manage social content projects from concept and brief development through production, approvals, and final delivery.
- Develop and execute social-first content strategies aligned with marketing objectives and audience engagement goals.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including creative, brand, marketing, media, production, and external partners to ensure successful project execution.
- Identify social trends, cultural opportunities, and emerging platform behaviors to inform content recommendations and planning.
- Track project progress, manage stakeholder feedback, and use performance insights to continuously optimize content strategies.
- 5 years of experience in social media, content strategy, creative project management, integrated marketing, or a related field.
- Experience working within an in-house creative studio, agency, brand marketing organization, social agency, or content-focused team.
- Strong understanding of major social platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple creative projects while balancing strategic priorities and day-to-day execution.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills; experience with project management tools such as Monday.com, Asana, Airtable, or Smartsheet is preferred.
