Our client, a leading logistics and shipping organization, is seeking a dedicated Export Shipper / International Shipping Coordinator to join their team. As an Export Shipper, you will be an essential part of the logistics department, supporting the seamless movement of goods across domestic and international borders. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will enable you to thrive in this dynamic environment.

Job Title: Export Shipper / International Shipping Coordinator

Location: Tewksbury, MA

Pay Range: $25

What's the Job?

• Prepare and process domestic and international shipments in compliance with company policies and export regulations.
• Create and verify export documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, bills of lading, and shipping labels.
• Coordinate shipments with freight forwarders, customs brokers, carriers, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery.
• Schedule pickups, track shipments, and verify shipment accuracy against sales and purchase orders.
• Maintain accurate records of export transactions and shipping documentation, and operate shipping software and ERP systems efficiently.
  
  
  

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 2 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations, with a focus on international/export shipping.
• Knowledge of export documentation, customs procedures, and familiarity with carriers such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, and freight providers.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and shipping software.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
