What's the Job?
- Prepare and process domestic and international shipments in compliance with company policies and export regulations.
- Create and verify export documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, bills of lading, and shipping labels.
- Coordinate shipments with freight forwarders, customs brokers, carriers, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery.
- Schedule pickups, track shipments, and verify shipment accuracy against sales and purchase orders.
- Maintain accurate records of export transactions and shipping documentation, and operate shipping software and ERP systems efficiently.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 2 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations, with a focus on international/export shipping.
- Knowledge of export documentation, customs procedures, and familiarity with carriers such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, and freight providers.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and shipping software.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
