What’s the Job?
- Assist with SN tickets assigned by company's Senior Executive Support
- Set up and configure Apple devices and laptops
- Monitor toner levels, replace toner, and order spares as necessary
- Perform iOS updates on Apple devices regularly
- Conduct regular maintenance tasks such as replacing batteries for mice, managing wires, and shipping equipment when needed
- 1-2 years of IT Support experience
- Ability to perform iOS updates and basic troubleshooting. Knowledge of Apple devices, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting; and familiarity with laptop setup and configuration
- Degree or certification in IT, Computer Science or a related field preferred; Certifications as CompTIA A , Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) or similar are a PLUS!
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Able to pass an extensive background check, including credit check
