About The Role
We’re seeking an experienced IT Support Analyst to assist with the opening of a new NYC office and provide onsite technical support. This role includes white-glove executive support, Mac and Windows troubleshooting, and general office technology assistance (conference rooms, AV equipment, etc.).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1–2 support for MacOS and Windows 11 devices.
- Support Microsoft 365, Teams, and conference room equipment (Logitech MTRs).
- Assist with office setup, meeting requests, and AV support.
- Deliver VIP support with strong professionalism and communication skills.
- Handle general IT tasks: PC break/fix, mobile device support, and hardware moves.
- 3 years of onsite end-user support experience.
- Expertise in MacOS, MacBook/iMac, and Windows 11.
- Familiarity with O365, Teams, and ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred).
- Strong communication skills and ability to support executive meetings.
