Job Title: Data Collection Technician

What's the Job?
- Document hardware and software procedures for new and existing motion capture labs, and train others on how to follow this documentation.
- Conduct internal research studies, including sourcing participants, guiding them through study procedures, and collecting data while maintaining confidentiality.
- Compose consistent reports, flagging identified trends and issues found throughout collections.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, communicating bugs, blockers, and resolutions to relevant parties.
- Assist with equipment setup, calibration, and maintenance, ensuring proper functionality and condition.
- Bachelor's degree in technology or behavioral science (e.g., human-computer interaction, psychology, statistics).
- Self-motivated and able to manage workload independently.
- Excellent people, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Experience with personal computers; hardware builds and software installation.
- Understanding of basic internal networks and command line tools.
