- Drive the planning, coordination, and execution of initiatives that enhance the customer journey and support go-to-market operations.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales organization, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to orchestrate internal demos, events, and programs.
- Ensure every customer touchpoint is aligned, on-brand, and strategically delivered.
- Manage projects, events, or demos involving multiple stakeholders with a focus on customer experience.
- Translate insights from reporting and data tracking into actionable strategies.
- 5 years of experience in customer experience, sales operations, marketing planning, project management, or a related cross-functional role.
- Strong cross-functional planning and coordination experience, especially in Sales-led environments.
- Proficient in managing projects with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A collaborative, proactive mindset with the ability to operate strategically and tactically in fast-paced environments.
