Agile Scrum Master - ServiceNow Tech Delivery Lead (AZ)

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and service management sector, is seeking a passionate and experienced Agile Scrum Master to join their dynamic team. As a Scrum Master, you will be part of the Service Management Transformation program supporting the Portfolio Management Office (PMO). The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Scrum Master / Delivery Lead – ServiceNow ITSM Transformation

Location: Chandler, AZ (Hybrid 3 Days onsite)

Position type: 12 months with high possibility of extension/Conversion

What's the Job?

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of complex programs and projects within the ITSM capabilities on the ServiceNow platform.
• Partner with senior leaders and stakeholders to define success metrics, delivery priorities, and strategic outcomes.
• Support portfolio level planning, dependency management, and visibility into project health, risks, and outcomes.
• Apply Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Hybrid methodologies to ensure efficient delivery aligned with enterprise standards.
• Manage risks, issues, and impediments, ensuring timely resolution and continuous improvement of processes.
  
  
  

What's Needed?

• Typically 7 years of experience in Agile delivery, Scrum Master, or Technical Project/Program Management roles.
• Proven experience delivering complex infrastructure or technology programs, such as cloud transformation or network modernization.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and hybrid delivery models.
• Experience working with tools like Jira, Jira Align, Confluence, MS Project, and dashboard reporting.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence and partner with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
