What's the Job?
- Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of complex programs and projects across multiple teams.
- Support portfolio-level planning, delivery coordination, and dependency management to ensure strategic outcomes.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as Scrum, Kanban, and PI Planning, ensuring continuous improvement and delivery efficiency.
- Collaborate with senior leaders, Product Managers, and stakeholders to align initiatives with business objectives.
- Manage risks, issues, and dependencies to keep projects on track and within scope, schedule, and budget.
- 7 years of experience in Agile delivery, Scrum Master, or technical project/program management roles.
- Proven experience delivering complex infrastructure or technology programs, including cloud transformation or network modernization.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and hybrid delivery models.
- Experience managing cross-functional dependencies and large-scale initiatives in matrixed or global environments.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and partner with senior leaders and diverse teams.
