As a Full Time Lawn Care Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Applying fertilizer, pesticides
- Providing written & verbal communication to prospects / current customers
- Maintaining equipment & vehicles
- Completing daily assigned stops
- Diagnosing lawn issues
- Communicating issues and opportunities to the Manager
- Inventory Control
- Generating new sales on your route
- 3A License preferred
- Equipment Care: Inspecting, cleaning, and maintaining company vehicles and equipment (e.g., aerators, spreaders).
Role Summary: An Experigreen service representative is an outdoor, physically demanding role focused on improving customer turf quality through specialized, timely treatments.
Key responsibilities include applying fertilizers and weed control, diagnosing lawn issues, driving to client sites, and selling services. The role requires a valid driver's license, the ability to lift 50 lbs, and excellent customer service skills.
