Job Overview
We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Lawn Care Technician to join our team. This position involves performing lawn mowing and general yard maintenance for both residential and commercial properties. Job Details:
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Pay: Starting at 16.00/hour, with a $1.00 raise within 60 days. Bonus opportunities can increase hourly wages to over $20.00/hour within 90 days based on performance.
- Hours: Vary depending on weather conditions, typically 30-40 hours per week, with potential to exceed 40 hours during busy weeks.
Schedule:
- Day shift

- Weekends as needed
Responsibilities:
- Operate lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscaping tools.
- Mow, edge, and trim lawns according to client specifications.
- Maintain and care for equipment, ensuring tools are clean and in good working condition.
- Remove debris, weeds, and other unwanted materials from lawns and landscaped areas.
- Apply mulch, fertilizers, and other treatments as needed.
- Follow established safety protocols to prevent injuries and property damage.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and concerns.
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete jobs efficiently and on time.
- Perform seasonal cleanups and routine lawn maintenance.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Experience with lawn mowing and landscaping equipment (preferred but not required).
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required).
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Clean criminal background not required
