As a Full Time Tree and Shrub Technician you will be responsible for:
- Applying fertilizer, pesticides, mixing and spraying chemicals
- Knowledge of tree and shrub & pest identification
- PHC and diagnostics
- Providing written & verbal communication to prospects / current customers
- Maintaining and operating equipment & vehicles
- Completing assigned stops daily
- Communicating issues and opportunities to the Manager
- Client education and reporting
- Inventory Control
- Generating new sales on your route
- 3B License preferred
- Equipment Care: Inspecting, cleaning, and maintaining company vehicles and equipment (e.g., aerators, spreaders).
- Role Summary: An ExperiGreen service representative is an outdoor, physically demanding role focused on improving customer turf quality through specialized, timely treatments. Key responsibilities include applying fertilizers and weed control, diagnosing lawn issues, driving to client sites, and selling services. The role requires a valid driver's license, the ability to lift 50 lbs, and excellent customer service skills.
