What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Property Administrator position at Expedite Technology Solution?
You’ll be part of a collaborative three-person team and will work closely with security, janitorial, and engineering staff to maintain building standards and respond to tenant needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to tenant emails and service requests.
- Schedule and coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs.
- Create, track, and re-dispatch work orders in the building management system.
- Collaborate with security, janitorial, and engineering teams on daily operational needs.
- Maintain organized records of tenant communication and work orders.
- Provide administrative support including updating calendars, logs, and reports.
- Answer incoming phone calls and escalate issues when required.
- Assist with general office and building-related administrative duties as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate, property management, or a related administrative role.
- Strong customer service and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, and Word).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow established processes.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with commercial real estate or property management.
- Basic accounting or financial support experience (Yardi, Oracle, or similar).
- Familiarity with work order systems and tenant management platforms.
- Associate degree or higher preferred.
