Day-to-Day Responsibilities | What You’ll DoServe as the first point of contact for all individuals entering the facility, providing a warm and professional greeting. Issue visitor badges and parking passes while following all security protocols.Make a strong first impression by answering phone calls professionally, preparing presentations, and speaking to groups of various sizes.Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities on behalf of employees or requestors.Manage janitorial and maintenance work orders as needed. Support workplace services including mailroom operations, office supply coordination, and employee onboarding.Respond to inquiries or complaints from employees, guests, and colleagues, providing timely and customer-focused resolutions.Plan and execute on-site events, including securing event space, handling room setup and teardown, and coordinating supply delivery.Follow all property-specific security and emergency procedures, ensuring appropriate parties are notified to maintain building safety.Coordinate with external vendors providing workplace-related services or goods.Communicate detailed or complex information clearly within the team and follow instructions provided by the manager.Perform duties with clearly defined procedures, using established methods to solve straightforward problems with limited discretion.Handle calendar and reservation scheduling.Must-Have SkillsStrong client-facing presenceExcellent communication abilitiesHigh-level customer service skillsWhat You’ll NeedHigh School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of related experienceAbility to follow established work routines and standardsClear communication skills for sharing straightforward informationWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)Basic computer proficiencyStrong organizational skills and a proactive, inquisitive mindsetInterview Process1 virtual interview1 onsite interviewCompany DescriptionExpedite Technology Solutions is a minority and woman owned business headquartered out of Alpharetta, GA with a global presence across United States, Canada, and India.
