Funds Transfer Product Processing Specialist
Location: Jersey City, NJ (1–2 days in office per week)
Type: Contract / Temp, 40 hrs/week
Pay: $26/hr
Term: 6 months (possible extension)
Hours: 9am–5pm or 11am–7pm (may rotate, holiday coverage possible)
About the Role
Entry-level position responsible for:
Processing clients’ cash transactions (Capstock, expenses, wires, FX, book transfers)
Resolving client inquiries and monitoring group mailboxes
Reconciling cash clearing accounts and handling Collateral / Alts transactions
Following procedures and escalating issues when needed
Key Skills
USD & Foreign Currency Payment Processing knowledge
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Detail-oriented and organized
Works well in fast-paced team or independently
Responsibilities
Process transactions accurately and on time
Respond to client and internal inquiries promptly
Identify risks and suggest process improvements
