What You’ll Actually Do

This role is part host, part operator, part connector, and 100% hands-on.

• Own the experience: You’re the heartbeat of your location. From first hello to day-to-day support, you make sure clients and guests feel taken care of.
• Build real relationships: You’ll know your clients, anticipate their needs, and solve problems before they become problems.
• Run the operation: Keep things running smoothly, from billing and invoicing to handling the unexpected with calm confidence.
• Create community: Plan events, spark connections, and turn a group of tenants into a community people are proud to be part of.
• Support growth: Partner with sales to give tours, help close deals, and bring new energy into the space.
• Coordinate meetings & events: Support the coordination and on-site fulfillment of corporate meetings and events, ensuring seamless execution, strong client experience, and alignment with hospitality standards.
• Stay hands-on: Whether it’s setting up an event, jumping in operationally, or providing remote support when needed, you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves.

Who Thrives Here

• Has 2 years in hospitality, real estate, retail, or customer-facing operations
• Is naturally warm, confident, and great at communicating with all kinds of people
• Can juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball
• Is comfortable with Google Workspace and basic office tech
• Takes initiative, solves problems, and doesn’t wait to be told what to do
• Wants more than “just a job” and sees leadership in their future
