- Lead and supervise front desk operations, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes with excellent phone etiquette and multi-line phone system handling
- Oversee guest services and relations to guarantee a memorable experience for all visitors
- Manage hotel or resort revenue through effective pricing strategies, budgeting, and revenue management techniques
- Coordinate human resources functions including staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations to maintain a motivated team
- Ensure compliance with hospitality standards, safety protocols, and hotel policies across all departments
- Conduct night audits and oversee financial transactions to maintain accurate records and reporting
- Foster a positive work environment by providing leadership in guest relations, resolving issues promptly, and promoting teamwork
- Proven supervising experience within the hospitality industry, preferably in hotel or resort management
- Strong knowledge of hospitality management practices, including front desk operations, guest services, and revenue management
