Sales Development Representative (AI x SaaS)
Location: New York, NY (onsite 5x)
Compensation: $90,000 Base/ $120,000 OTE
We’re partnering with a high-growth, venture-backed consumer platform to hire a Sales Development Representative (SDR). The company is backed by top-tier venture capital and is building a category-defining product that combines SaaS and Services to an underserved market.
The Role
This SDR owns net-new revenue across two distinct client motions (B2B & B2C).
What You'll Do
- Lead high-consideration sales conversations with both individual and enterprise clients
- Build pipeline through relationship-driven selling, events, referrals, and network outreach
- Conduct structured account planning and disciplined outreach across complex customer segments
- Collaborate closely with Legal, Marketing, and Product to ensure every client interaction is informed and personalized
- Own the full client relationship from first conversation through signed agreement and handoff to Legal
Ideal Background
- 1–3 years of SDR, sales, or client-facing experience
- Experience guiding people through high-consideration decisions — legal, financial, healthcare, education, or similar
- Comfortable code-switching between an empathetic individual conversation and a structured enterprise sales motion
- Strong EQ — you build trust quickly and can hold space for emotionally charged conversations without losing your commercial edge
- Operator mindset — organized, methodical, and able to run cross-functional programs end to end
- Hunter/advisor hybrid — equally strong in pipeline generation and consultative selling
