About the Position:
This position combines customer service, administrative support, and client coordination in a fast-paced bail bond office. You'll work directly with clients, families, jails, and office staff to help move bonds through the process while providing professional service during stressful situations.
This is not a desk job where every day looks the same. Successful candidates are adaptable, able to think on their feet, stay organized, and manage multiple priorities throughout the day.
Duties of a Bail Coordinator, are but not limited to:
- Making and answering phone calls
- Provide excellent customer service
- Posting bonds at jails
- Assist office staff with day-to-day duties
- All other duties assigned
What Success Looks Like:
- Providing excellent customer service to clients and families
- Managing a high volume of calls and client interactions
- Being detail-oriented and organized
- Taking initiative and following tasks through to completion
- Working effectively with a team in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications (Please read)
- MUST be able to Pass California Background Check (For State License)
- Must be professional, punctual, reliable, and have a positive attitude.
- Ability to learn quickly
- Ability to make and handle a high call volume.
- Ability to maintain a strong sense of urgency and problem-solving skills.
- Prior office experience required.
- No prior Bail office experience required; training will be provided
- Excellent written and strong verbal communication skills/customer service.
- Proficient in computer skills including typing, utilizing software programs and Windows.
- Must be 18 or older
- Bilingual: Spanish Speaking Preferred
- High School diploma or equivalent

- Must be able to work weekends and holidays
