Client Account Specialist Job Opening

Bail Office Experience: Not required. If you have bail experience, please note this in your application.

Duties of a Client Account Specialist include, but are not limited to:

• Making and answering phone calls
• Entering and updating client information in databases
• Managing digital files
• Providing excellent customer service
• Assisting office staff with day-to-day duties
• Performing all other client service duties

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking someone dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to grow with us.

Must-Haves:

• 5 years of administrative and customer service experience
• Ability to handle high call volume professionally
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent time management and attention to detail
• Tech-savvy (comfortable using Windows and office software)
• Must be 18 and able to pass a California background check (required for licensing)
• Must be punctual, reliable, and have a positive attitude

Nice-to-Haves:

• Bilingual (Spanish) is a big plus
• Previous bail industry experience (not required but helpful – be sure to note it!)

Schedule & Location:

• On-site position in Riverside, CA 92507
• Flexible availability required — including day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
