Client Account Specialist
About the Position:
This position is responsible for supporting and maintaining client accounts throughout the life of the account. The Client Account Specialist plays an important role in ensuring client files remain accurate, organized, and up to date while providing professional service and timely follow-up.
Successful candidates are highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple accounts, priorities, and deadlines. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying on top of outstanding items, following through on commitments, and helping ensure accounts remain in good standing.
NO Bail office experience required.

Duties of a Client Account Specialist include, but are not limited to:
- Making and answering phone calls
- Completing paperwork and documentation with clients
- Entering and updating client information in databases
- Managing digital files
- Following up regarding account balances and payment arrangements
- Providing excellent customer service
- Assisting office staff with day-to-day duties
- Performing all other client service duties

- Maintaining accurate and organized client accounts
- Consistently following up on outstanding items until resolved
- Keeping documentation complete and up to date
- Building positive relationships with clients
- Managing multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
- Communicating professionally and effectively
- Being dependable, proactive, and detail-oriented
Qualifications
- 4 years of administrative, account management, customer service, collections, or office experience preferred
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls and client interactions professionally
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using Windows, databases, and office software
- Must be 18 and able to pass a California background check (required for licensing)
- Must be punctual, reliable, and have a positive attitude
- Bilingual: Spanish Preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Job Type & Schedule:
- Full Time
- Flexible availability required — including day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
