Administrative Specialist
About the Position:
This position provides administrative and operational support to department leadership in a fast-paced environment. The Administrative Specialist plays an important role in helping maintain organization, accountability, and follow-through across the department.
Successful candidates are highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys tracking projects, following up on outstanding items, identifying issues, and helping ensure important tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Duties of an Administrative Specialist include, but are not limited to:
- Managing and responding to emails
- Tracking and following up on pending items
- Conducting audits and reviewing records for accuracy
- Maintaining organized files, records, and department documentation
- Assisting with reports, spreadsheets, and data tracking
- Monitoring department tasks and helping ensure timely completion
- Supporting leadership with administrative projects and daily operations
- All other duties assigned

Qualifications (Please Read)
- Must be professional, punctual, reliable, and maintain confidentiality
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and general business software
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Prior office, administrative, coordination, auditing, or support experience preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual: Spanish speaking preferred but not required
Job Type & Schedule:

- Flexible availability required — including day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
