You are required to (but not limited to):  

  • Scheduling will be based on business needs to include nights, weekends, and holidays and adjusted as needed  

  • Assist with training for all Guest Experience/Sales Associates  

  • Ensure lead tracker/CRM is thorough and complete  

  • Meet monthly new membership goals  

  • Meet monthly revenue goals   

  • Assist with declines  

  • Daily schedule optimization to allow booking efficiencies  

  • Meet daily service enhancement goals  

  • Ensure Hotel Penetration is occurring daily  

  • Maintain exhale cleaning standards and ensure all facilities are clean and tidy  

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years sales experience and knowledge of wellness industry a plus.  Experience with membership/reoccurring revenue models a must!

Salary : $50,000 - $80,000
