About the Role
Lead development of our intelligent software stack, including AI-enabled flight control, sensor fusion, autonomy, mission software, computer vision, embedded AI deployment, and simulation infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop AI-assisted flight control and adaptive guidance
- Lead sensor fusion and state-estimation algorithm development
- Develop computer vision, target tracking and autonomy software
- Own onboard mission software architecture
- Build SIL/HIL environments and AI training infrastructure
- Optimize AI models for embedded deployment
- Support flight testing and algorithm refinement
Required Qualifications
- BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, Aerospace, Electrical Engineering or AI
- 10 years developing autonomous aerospace software
- Expert C and Python
- Experience with embedded real-time software, computer vision and sensor fusion
- Experience deploying AI on embedded systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Reinforcement learning
- Missile or UAV autonomy
- CUDA/GPU optimization
- Active DoD security clearance
Salary : $150,000 - $220,000
