JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities:

• Recruiting of non exempt employees including first initial phone screen, setting up interviews, performing background checks, new hire paperwork and orientations.
• Manages all administrative tasks during the recruitment process from beginning to end, working closely with Operations Managers, ensuring timely filling of non-exempt positions.
• Maintains and manages company employee database, ensuring successful onboarding of new employees.
• Handles employment related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
• Maintain the personnel files of the company's employees.
• Provide assistance in communicating various HR-related procedures and policies.
• Provide HR customer service to employees anyone reaching out to the HR department.
• Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping HR information confidential.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Associates degree in a related field or 2 years equivalent experience in HR field
• 1-2 years of HRIS experience
• Strong analytical ability and attention to detail
• Knowledge of FMLA, ADA regulations a plus
• Employees must be able to pass background check and a drug screen at time of offer and have reliable transportation.

Hours:
Monday through Friday
8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with one hour unpaid lunch)

Job Type: Full-time

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
