Job Overview
We are seeking a Full-Time School Cleaning Supervisor with EMS to lead and oversee custodial operations within educational facilities. This energetic role involves supervising cleaning staff, ensuring compliance with sanitation standards, and managing daily cleaning activities to uphold the highest cleanliness and safety standards in a dynamic school environment.

3pm-11pm
$17/hour
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning operations, ensuring all areas meet sanitation and safety regulations.
- Lead, motivate, and manage cleaning staff to maintain high performance levels and teamwork.
- Conduct inspections of school facilities to ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and adherence to safety protocols.
- Train staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and the use of cleaning equipment.
- Schedule shifts, assign tasks, and monitor staff productivity for optimal coverage.
- Communicate effectively with school administrators and staff to address custodial needs and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, safety incidents, and supply inventories.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in custodial or industrial cleaning with a strong background in sanitation management.
- Supervisory or team management experience in a janitorial or hospitality setting.
- Knowledge of safety regulations related to commercial cleaning and sanitation practices.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage staff effectively.
- Strong communication skills for managerial coordination and customer service interactions.
- Ability to oversee multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience with laundry or housekeeping management is a plus.
