We are seeking a Industrial Manufacturing Process Technician to support production, quality, and operational efficiency in a high-volume industrial environment. This role works closely with Operations, Quality, and Area Management to ensure accurate reporting, strong product performance, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Assist Quality with new product requirements and defining quality standards.
Support production processes, problem-solving, and equipment management.
Correct reporting errors and prepare daily production/downtime reports.
Participate in daily Disposition Meetings and help resolve Hold coils.
Inspect rework coils and support performance/cost-saving initiatives.
Gather samples and records for claim investigations; assist with root-cause analysis.
Manage calibration and inventory of T.I.M.E./T.I.R.E. equipment.
Create purchase orders/requisitions and support vendor coordination.
Maintain accurate consumable inventory and SAP adjustments.
Provide back-up support to other lines as needed.
Qualifications
Experience in industrial or manufacturing operations.
Strong analytical and reporting skills; SAP experience preferred.
Ability to work with Quality, Operations, and vendors.
Solid understanding of safety and quality systems.
