DISTRICT MANAGER
ROLE
As a District Manager, you will oversee several car wash locations in a designated area, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and adherence to company policy. The primary responsibilities for this role include overseeing staff, finances, equipment maintenance, and safety protocols, as well as managing talent and implementing growth strategies. The District Manager is accountable for the culture, development, safety, and overall success of every site under their supervision.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Daily/weekly/monthly labor management to ensure all financial performance.
• Monitor and maintain high standards for cleanliness, equipment functionality, and safety.
• Recruit, train, and manage location managers and staff, ensuring all employees adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities to ensure high team performance.
• Ensure all locations maintain high customer service standards.
• Address escalated customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
• Ensure all locations comply with safety, environmental, and company regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure safety, cleanliness, and operational & safety standards are maintained.
• Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed monthly sales goals and KPI’s to deliver on strong EBIDTA performance.
• Analyze financial statements and performance reports to identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare and present regular performance reports to upper management, including sales figures, labor costs, and customer feedback.
• Delivery of site goals and implementation of strategy to hit goals.
• Use data analytics to make informed decisions on operations and staffing needs.
• Management of daily KPI’s to ensure site sales performance.
• Submission of weekly site visit reports used for coaching and development of General Managers.
• Labor management for multiple locations.
ABILITIES:
• Must be able to work 40-50 hours per week.
• Must remain flexible; available to work any shift, to ensure the staffing needs are met, maintaining great customer service no matter the volume.
• Must be able to implement and apply policies and procedures.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure, to avoid delays and shutdowns for customers.
• Must be able to physically perform the duties and responsibilities for all car wash operations. To include standing for extended periods of time, climbing ladders, cleaning/removing debris from tunnel trench and moving chemical barrels.
• Must maintain a proactive safety awareness, maintain a positive attitude, be a team player, and operate with integrity and honesty as a member of the operations team.
WORK CONDITIONS:
• District Managers need to be physically fit and are expected to work in all types of weather.
• Work shifts are typically 8-14 hours long and may include evenings and weekends.
• Staff may be required to wear their own clothes that are appropriate for the working conditions.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• 5 years' managerial knowledge and experience are required
• Must have mechanical knowledge
• Associate degree or higher (preferred but not required)
• 5 years' experience in customer care
