The Billing Clerk is responsible for variety of administrative tasks assisting the wholesale fuel customer relationships and account management, and for business growth and profit maximization.
Essential Job Functions
Work with Office Manager on administrative tasks related to billing, fuel sales, and customer inquiries that benefit the company
Perform administrative and billing functions as directed by senior accounting staff
Perform clerical functions in a professional manner
Learn and stay abreast of new accounting software
Requirements
Equivalent work experience within accounting administration
Knowledge Of Fuels And Petroleum Distributor Industry Preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Possess strong customer service skills
Possess problem solving skills and have the ability to make rational decisions
Be multi-task oriented
Be detail oriented
Possess the ability to work independently Associate Retail Accounting / Auditing
