Community Outreach and Sales Representative

Use Your Social Work Skills to Help Families Find the Right Care

At Executive Home Care, we believe everyone deserves to live with comfort, dignity, and independence—and that families deserve a trusted partner to help them navigate care.

We're a mission-driven company where service is at the heart of what we do. We serve not only our clients and their families, but also the broader community by building relationships with healthcare professionals, senior organizations, nonprofits, and other local partners.

We're looking for a Community Outreach & Sales Professional who can combine strong relationship-building skills with a genuine desire to help families access the care and support they need.

This role may be especially well suited for someone with a Master of Social Work (MSW), LSW, LPN, or other healthcare/community-services background who wants to take their experience in advocacy, care coordination, family communication, and community engagement in a new direction.

Why You'll Love Working With Us

✨ Purpose-Driven Work — Help seniors and families access care that can make a meaningful difference in their lives.

✨ Competitive Compensation — $50,000 to $75,000 base salary plus competitive performance-based compensation.

✨ Mileage Reimbursement — Support for local travel throughout your territory.

✨ Flexibility & Independence — Manage your schedule and take ownership of your community relationships.

✨ Training & Mentorship — Learn our business, develop your skills, and grow with supportive leadership.

✨ Benefits — 401(k) and paid time off.

If you're an MSW, LSW, healthcare professional, or experienced community relationship-builder who wants to use your skills in a new way, we'd love to meet you.

Why an MSW Can Thrive in This Role

Your social work experience has already taught you how to:

  • Listen carefully and understand the needs of individuals and families
  • Build trust with people during challenging or transitional times
  • Connect people with appropriate services and community resources
  • Advocate for clients and help families navigate difficult decisions
  • Build relationships across healthcare and community organizations
  • Communicate effectively with professionals, caregivers, and families
  • Identify needs and develop practical solutions

Those skills translate directly into this position.

You'll use them to develop relationships with referral partners, connect with families who are exploring home care, educate the community about available services, and help people find support that can improve their quality of life.

What You'll Do

Build Trusted Community Relationships

Represent Executive Home Care at senior expos, health fairs, community events, professional meetings, and other local gatherings.

Develop meaningful relationships with senior centers, healthcare providers, hospital discharge planners, social workers, nonprofits, schools, churches, and other community organizations.

Help Families Navigate Care

Respond promptly to inquiries, listen to what families are experiencing, understand their needs, and help them determine whether our services may be an appropriate solution.

You won't simply be "selling" a service—you'll be helping families understand their options and connecting them with the right resources.

Grow Our Community Impact

  • Develop and maintain referral relationships throughout your territory.
  • Follow up consistently with community partners and prospective clients.
  • Track outreach and referral activity while working toward measurable growth goals.

Partner With Our Care Team

Work closely with our leadership and care team to ensure families experience a smooth transition from their first conversation with us through the start of care.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is compassionate, confident, curious, and comfortable building relationships.

An MSW, LSW, LPN, or healthcare/community-services background is a strong plus, particularly for candidates who have experience with older adults, families, care coordination, discharge planning, community resources, or behavioral health.

We're also looking for:

  • 2 years of experience in sales, business development, social work, healthcare, community outreach, or a related field

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • The ability to confidently start conversations and develop professional partnerships
  • Strong listening, presentation, and follow-up skills
  • Comfort working independently and managing a local territory
  • A genuine interest in helping families and serving the community
  • The ability to work toward measurable outreach and referral goals
  • Tech proficiency with CRM systems, Apple products, and Microsoft Office
  • A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel locally

Sales experience is valuable—but we're also interested in people who have built trust, developed professional relationships, and connected people with services in other settings.

Join Executive Home Care and help connect more families with the care, dignity, and support they deserve.
