Job Overview
Executive Glass Services Inc is looking for an Assistant Bid Coordinator who will assist with the preparation and submission of winning proposals. In this role the coordinator will work with Bid Coordinator. The Assistant Bid Coordinator must also make sure that deadlines are met, have excellent attention to detail, and have skillful writing and communication skills to work independently and collaboratively along with their team members.

Position Responsibilities and Duties
- Assist monitoring bid and pricing emails
- Locate past bids from the office files and update them with new plans
- Prints Invitations to Bid
- Respond to General Contractors to inform them we are bidding/not bidding
- Enters invites in Bid Tracker
- Print Drawings
- Assists answering Bids phone calls
- Create Architecture Share File for downloaded drawings
Position Qualifications
- Construction experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Adobe, Bluebeam, Smartsheet
- Comfortable communicating with external General Contractors, Project Managers
- Experience with Smartsheet preferred
