Job Title: Construction Bid Coordinator
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Construction Bid Coordinator with exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills to support a general contractor specializing in luxury interiors.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple proposals, adjusting based on their size.
- Oversee estimates that involve various stakeholders including clients, subcontractors, design and engineering teams, and construction managers.
- Learn from and support the Pre-Construction and Estimating team with multiple bids.
- Assist with the preparation of accurate bid packages.
- Draft and track pre-bid Requests for Information (RFIs).
- Create calendar invites for bid walks, sub-walks, RFIs, and mid-bid meetings.
- Assemble bid binders and file structures, ensuring information is kept up to date.
- Participate in the preconstruction process through project handoff.
Essential Skills
- Expertise in estimation, construction, construction document management, bidding, document control, and quantity takeoffs.
- Proficiency in document management systems.
- Minimum of 2 years of industry experience.
- Experience supporting interior construction projects.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with Procore software.
- Strong data entry skills.
- Familiarity with preconstruction processes.
- Ability to manage a fast-paced work environment.
Work Environment
The position is based 100% in-office in Bethesda, MD. The project duration typically ranges from 4-6 months, with all work conducted within the DMV area. The projects primarily involve luxury interiors, specializing in hotels, offices, and restaurants, with most projects ranging from $1 million to $5 million.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $85000.00/yr.
