Our client is seeking a Website & Inquiry Administrator to join their team with an expected duration of 6 to 12 months. This is a fully remote position that takes place from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.Key Responsibilities:Maintaining and updating the company website, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.Manages incoming inquiries via email, contact forms, and website channels, providing timely responses or directing them to the appropriate team member.Ensures a smooth online experience and supports basic website troubleshooting and content changes.Requirements:Please note that this is a role with an expected duration of 6-12 months.Degree or similar experience in Marketing, Communications, IT, or related field (preferred).1–3 years’ experience in website administration or customer service; events industry experience is a plus.Strong written communication and professional email handling.Excellent customer service skills with ability to manage high inquiry volume.Able to clarify event details and redirect queries appropriately.Organized, proactive, and reliable.Works well independently and in a fast-paced environment.Salary: $30 an hourBenefits:Health insuranceHealth savings accountDental insuranceVision insuranceFlexible spending accountsLife insuranceRetirement plan#IND2 #LI-AR1
