What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Executive position at Executive Alliance?
Our well-established client is an industry leader in solutions for hospitals, medical clinics, labs, medical imaging centers and more. They are currently searching for a highly motivated sales hunter to grow their client base in the Putnam/Westchester County areas. The company has never had lay-offs and is very stable financially. In addition, there is hardly any employee turnover.
The base salary for this position is $80k plus commission. OTE year-1 is $105k, and by year-3 $160k . Additionaly, they offer a HIGHLY competitive benefits package with an amazing 401k company match.
- Meet and exceed sales objectives/quotas
- Identify new clients and generate leads via cold-calling (phone and in-person) and networking
- Consistently maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Close deals with senior level decision makers
- Manage CRM on a daily basis
- 2-15 years of outside B2B sales experience
- Strong ability to prospect/cold-call, negotiate, and close
- Top follow-up and relationship building skills
- Strong work ethic, self-motivation and desire to succeed
