Summary

- Analyze target company financials to assess earnings quality, working capital, risks, and valuation impacts.
- Develop tailored analyses (normalized earnings, valuation inputs, budget assessments, debt, carve-outs).
- Prepare clear, concise reports and present findings to clients.
- Build strong client and target relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree and active CPA required; MBA/MAcc/Finance a plus.
- Strong Excel and communication skills.
- Client-focused, self-motivated team player with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Willingness to travel (~15%).
