What You Get to Do
- Support manufacturing departments by delivering data-driven insights and operational metrics
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support business decision making
- Analyze operational data and identify opportunities for process improvements
- Support ERP system enhancements and business system integrations
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand business processes and reporting needs
- Assist with automation initiatives and technology improvements, including emerging tools and AI capabilities
- Maintain and improve data reporting processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Bachelor’s degree
- Approximately 2–5 years of experience in a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Operations Analyst, or similar role
- Strong advanced Excel skills (candidates will complete an Excel assessment)
- Experience analyzing data and building reports or dashboards
- Exposure to BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting platforms
- Experience working with ERP systems and business data
- Ability to extract and analyze data using SQL or data querying tools preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business insights
- Background working in manufacturing environment
- Experience supporting ERP systems and operational reporting
- Exposure to process improvement or workflow optimization initiatives
