TEMP Receptionist

Days/Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:30PM

IMMEDIATE TEMP to HIRE Receptionist position available! We are currently representing a well-known manufacturing company in Scottsboro, AL seeking a receptionist to join to join their team on a contractual basis, with an opportunity to become a permanent employee, based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors in a warm, professional manner.
• Answer and direct phone calls promptly and courteously.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
• Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
• Support other departments as needed.
  
  

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of previous receptionist or administrative experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
