A leading multi-brand restaurant organization is transforming into a product-led company and is seeking experienced Principal Product Managers to help drive this evolution. These roles will play a critical part in defining product strategy, operating model, and digital growth across a portfolio of well-known consumer brands.
This is a high-impact, director-level position focused on owning end-to-end product outcomes—not just delivery. Product Managers will serve as single-threaded owners responsible for driving measurable business results across consumer-facing mobile apps, websites, and ecommerce platforms.

What You’ll Do
- Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for key digital experiences
- Drive core business metrics including conversion, engagement, revenue, and retention
- Lead cross-functional collaboration across engineering, design, analytics, marketing, and finance
- Enhance and optimize digital guest experiences across web and mobile platforms
- Identify and launch new digital capabilities and business channels
- Translate customer insights into scalable product solutions
- 6 years of Product Management experience in consumer-facing digital products
- Background in industries such as retail, ecommerce, QSR, marketplaces, or consumer apps
- Proven track record of driving measurable business outcomes (revenue growth, conversion improvements, engagement, NPS)
- Strong understanding of customer behavior, product strategy, and P&L impact
- Experience with mobile apps and/or ecommerce platforms
- Executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Hands-on experience with Agile delivery and cross-functional leadership
