- Lead and communicate effectively with subcontractors, vendors, and project teams

- 5 years of experience as a Superintendent, with at least 1 year as a Lead Super

- Strong leadership and communication skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Procore and Microsoft Office experience preferred
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
