- Ensure compliance with multistate payroll and union requirements
- Manage and mentor payroll team members
- Oversee payroll system integration and process improvements
- Collaborate with HR and finance to develop payroll strategy
- Strong experience managing payroll teams, including union payroll
- Must have union and non-union payroll experience
- Knowledge of multistate compliance, taxes, and overtime regulations
- Experience leading payroll system integrations and process transformations
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) preferred
- Nice to have: experience with Dayforce, construction industries, or multiple payroll systems
