Location: Greenville, SC (On-Site)
Pay: $45,000 – $60,000 depending on experience

What You Get To Do
- Support 3 attorneys and a paralegal in a busy Corporate/M&A practice
- Manage multiple attorney calendars and coordinate scheduling
- Prepare, revise, and manage legal correspondence and documents
- Handle billing, expense reports, and matter openings
- Track CLEs, Bar renewals, and attorney certifications
- Manage document workflows and closing binders
- Conduct conflict checks and file documents with state authorities
- Assist with publishing legal notices and administrative tasks
- 2 years of legal assistant experience required
- Experience supporting multiple attorneys
- Strong calendar management, billing, and expense report skills
- Experience preparing legal correspondence
- Associate degree preferred — OR strong work experience in lieu of degree
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Experience with legal software; iManage experience a plus but not required (training provided)
- Ability to work onsite and thrive in a fast-paced law office
