  • Exceptional communication abilities, with the capability to engage both technical and business audiences
  • Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
  • 2 years leading or mentoring junior engineering team members
  • Highly self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently
  • 5 years of experience using SharePoint for documentation and collaboration
  • 5 years hands-on experience with IT ticketing systems (Quality Center, ServiceNow, JIRA)
  • 3 years working within both Agile and Waterfall SDLC methodologies
  • 3 years using Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence, or comparable Agile toolsets
  • 5 years experience collaborating with geographically distributed teams
  • 5 years of experience working both independently and in a collaborative, team-oriented environment

Salesforce Expertise Requirements

  • 7 years designing, developing, supporting, and delivering enterprise Salesforce solutions on the Salesforce.com/Force.com platform
  • Extensive understanding of the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Integrations, Analytics, Communities, and the Lightning Platform
  • 7 years of declarative configuration experience (territory management, security controls, workflows, approval processes, validation rules, Process Builder, Flow, role hierarchy)
  • 7 years custom development experience using Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL
  • 2 years development experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components
  • 7 years experience with Salesforce code and data management tools (VS Code, Data Loader, Workbench, GitHub, Bitbucket, Developer Console)
  • 7 years implementing and supporting AppExchange solutions (e.g., FinancialForce PSA, Revenue Recognition & Forecasting)
  • 7 years documenting business processes, wireframes, system flow diagrams, and future-state recommendations
  • 5 years integrating Salesforce with external systems (SAP, Workday, ServiceNow, JIRA), including REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Outbound Messaging, Change Data Capture, and 3rd-party ETL tools (e.g., MuleSoft)
  • 7 years experience supporting single-org enterprise deployments and multi-org consolidation initiatives

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline; or equivalent work experience

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

  • Estimate, prioritize, and execute work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

  • Participate in planning, demand management, and project estimation activities with assigned business units
  • Assist with organizing and managing projects to ensure SDLC activities are completed with high quality and within timeline
