Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily Nursing staff - 6 direct reports
- Medication management
- Actively participate in QI program
- Review, revise, and update policies and procedures with leadership team support
- Resolve patient, visitor, or employee complaints or concerns
- Assist the DON with regular staff meetings
- Active GA RN license
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or health related field
- At least 1 year of management/leadership experience
- ASC or OR Circulating experience preferred
- Start: ASAP
- Location: Alpharetta
- Negotiable sign-on bonus
- Schedule: M, W 7a-5p & T, TH 6a-4/5p
- Salary: $90-$100K
