- Service existing customers and uncover additional needs
- Identify, research and cold call new prospects utilizing online resources, networking events, referrals and industry publications
- Present proposals, quotes and contract negotiations on new business opportunities
- Work cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, Customer Service and Finance to provide top quality service to the customers
- Continuous learning through sales training, competitor analysis and industry research
- Document activity in company CRM
- 3 years of demonstrated success in selling into the manufacturing space
- Must be well balanced between new business development and account management
- Prior experience with CRM's and willingness to use it
- Prior sales training to demonstrate career focus is preferred
- Unlimited earnings!
