What You Get To Do
- Outbound calls and e-mails following up on past due accounts
- Reply to incoming customer questions on account status, invoices and documentation requests
- Track and follow-up on pending credit card transactions
- Posted payments received
- High school diploma
- Prior AR Collections experience
- Solid Excel experience; experience with a large ERP system a plus
- Reliability best if demonstrated by job stability
