This is a remote position with up to 50% regional travel.

ExecuSource is seeking a Franchise Business Coach to support the growth and operational performance of a network of franchise partners. This role works closely with the VP of Franchise Operations and franchise owners to drive sales growth, operational excellence, and business development across the region. The ideal candidate has experience in franchise operations, multi-unit management, or business coaching and enjoys helping small business owners build scalable, profitable businesses while maintaining strong brand standards. Responsibilities
- Coach and support Franchise Partners to improve operational performance, profitability, and overall business growth
- Assist franchise owners in developing and executing marketing strategies and local growth plans
- Monitor and support retail operations, store standards, and promotional activities to ensure brand consistency
- Conduct Business Health Checks and help implement action plans for underperforming locations
- Facilitate monthly business meetings, regional workshops, and training sessions for franchise partners
- Support staff training initiatives in collaboration with franchise partners
- Identify and present new retail growth and expansion opportunities within the region
- Maintain consistent field visitation and engagement with franchise partners
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and Partners in Profit (PiP)
- Evaluate regional competitors annually for potential acquisition or conversion opportunities
- Support company initiatives related to change management, operational improvements, and franchise engagement
- 3–5 years of experience in franchise operations, multi-unit management, or business coaching
- Experience working within service-based or retail franchise environments preferred
- Ability to coach, mentor, and influence small business owners toward performance improvement
- Strong understanding of financial statements including P&L and cash flow
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple franchise relationships and priorities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field preferred
- Ability to travel up to 50% regionally with a valid driver’s license
