- Develop and manage annual marketing budgets and strategic marketing plans
- Partner with local leadership to set market-specific goals and initiatives
- Lead community launch planning and execution in collaboration with corporate teams
- Analyze marketing performance, sales data, and digital analytics to drive strategy
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and campaigns
- Identify and execute creative marketing opportunities to support sales efforts

- Travel regularly within assigned markets
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1–3 years of marketing experience (real estate or homebuilding preferred)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and campaign strategy
- Experience analyzing data, CRM reports, and marketing performance metrics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to learn systems such as HubSpot, ClickUp, Basecamp, and CRM tools
- Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within market
