What You Get To Do
- Schedule and manage customer orders, including resolving purchase order discrepancies.
- Implement changes to sales orders and communicate updates to customers.
- Review engineering change notices on in-process orders and advise customers.
- Assist with product returns and coordinate replacement orders when necessary.
- Maintain strong communication during order placement, acceptance, and follow-through.
- Help train new Customer Service Representatives as needed.
- Associate degree or 2–3 years of customer service experience, ideally within a manufacturing or Tier-1 supplier environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional phone skills with excellent active listening abilities.
- Ability to handle customer issues with poise, professionalism, and urgency.
- Above-average proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, databases).
- Strong problem-solving skills, data gathering, and decision-making abilities.
- Comfortable working independently or in a team setting.
