Job: Phone Triage CMA
Location: Based out of Sandy Springs or Roswell
Pay: $21-$23/hour (depending on experience)
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, start as early as 7:30am. 100% in office - no hybrid or remote!

ExecuSource has partnered with a large Urology group, and we are assisting them on a search for a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) – Phone Triage to join their team! This is a 90-day contract-to-hire opportunity with the option to work out of either their Roswell or Sandy Springs location. Candidates must be willing to float to Cumming or East Cobb if needed.
The Certified Medical Assistant – Phone Triage will play a critical role in patient care by providing high-quality triage services over the phone. The ideal candidate will be nationally certified, have prior phone triage experience, and be confident handling clinical calls with accuracy, empathy, and professionalism.

What You Get To Do
- Perform 100% phone triage for incoming clinical calls, addressing patient symptoms, concerns, and questions.
- Accurately document patient interactions in the EMR and relay information to providers as appropriate.
- Provide patients with clinical advice and direction based on physician protocols and standing orders.
- Schedule appointments and relay preparation instructions as needed.
- Coordinate care by communicating with physicians, nurses, and front office staff.
- Handle prescription refill requests and pre-visit paperwork when applicable.
- Adhere to HIPAA and OSHA standards to protect patient confidentiality and ensure safety.
- Deliver professional, courteous, and efficient support to all patients and team members.
- National MA certification (AAMA, NCCT, NHA, or AMT required)
- Minimum of 1 year of recent phone triage experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Excellent verbal communication and critical thinking skills
- Proficient in using EMR systems and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational, follow-through, and documentation skills
- Experience in a Urology or specialty care setting is a plus, but not required
