Our client is a progressive, growing civil engineering firm. They are looking for you, an experienced BIM Designer with relevant experience with a civil engineering firm.
What You Get To Do
- Create and manage detailed Revit models for civil engineering projects in collaboration with engineers and other design team members.
- Develop 2D and 3D drawings, including grading, drainage, roadways, utilities, and site layouts.
- Coordinate BIM workflows with other disciplines (structural, architectural, MEP) to ensure design integration and clash detection.
- Maintain compliance with BIM standards, protocols, and LOD requirements throughout the design process.
- Assist in the development and implementation of BIM execution plans.
- Collaborate with project teams to prepare construction documentation and design deliverables.
- Participate in QA/QC review processes for models and drawings.
- Stay updated on BIM best practices and emerging technologies in civil engineering design.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering Technology, Drafting, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience as a BIM Designer, CAD Technician, or similar role in the civil engineering industry.
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit (experience with Civil 3D is a plus).
